- Regularly search for new and different exercises. This will help you memorize various lessons.
- Start off with learning 2-dimensional drawing tools and apply them to make 2-dimensional drawings. You can also search online for 2-dimensional drawings, you will get plenty of them. Once you get a grip on creating 2-dimensional drawings, then slowly shift to 3-dimensional drawing. Because they are similar to that of 2-dimensional drawings with some specialized tools.
Practice, practice, and practice. “Practice makes the man perfect” applies to everything. AutoCAD is no exception. Practice AutoCAD as much as I can.

STEPS TO HOW TO USE AUTOCAD.
STEP 1: START POINT (THE CENTRAL POINT)
Draw a 625-foot-radius circle.
Step 2: Make a new circle.
Draw a circle with a radius of 312.5 inside the circle from step 1.
Step 3: Adding Lines.
Draw a line with a length of 2312 from the center of the circles to the right.
Step 4: Connect the Circles to the Lines.
Draw a circle with a radius of 876 at the end of this new line.
Step 5: Choosing an Angle
Draw a new line from the center of the circle formed in “step 1” for a length of 2312 with a 40-degree angle between this line and the one created in “step 3.”
Step 6: Create a new circle.
Create a new circle with a radius of 876 at the end of the newly inserted line.
Step 7: With a radius of 2312, draw a circle with the same center point as the circle from step 1.
Step 8: With a radius of 437, draw two circles, one with a center precisely on the center points of the circles generated in stages 4 and 6, and the other with a center exactly on the center points of the circles created in steps 4 and 6.
Step 9: Trimming.
You’ll get the following image if you trim circles.
Step 10: Trimming.
Trim the circle with a radius of 2312 with the two lines with a 40-degree angle between them till you obtain the image below.
Step 11: With a value of 876, create an offset to the left and right of the previously created arc.
Step 12: Draw a line with a length of 3492 and an angle of 180 degrees from the center of the circle in step 1 to the left.
Step 13: Draw a 626-radius circle on the terminal point of this new line.
Step 15: Draw a vertical line that divides the two circles in half and trims the right arcs to get the form below.
Step 16: We now have two arcs. Add a horizontal line with a length of 1000 at each of their ends.
Step 17: Using the mirror tool, duplicate those arcs until you achieve the shape shown below.
Step 18: Add dimensions, based on the original image on the first page of this file, and include the 1875 and 750 dimensions lines.
Add a line at the junction of those measurements, then a circle with a radius of 437.5 and a center point as the center of this line.
Step 20. Draw a circle with an 875-radius from the same center point.
Step 21. Draw a circle with a radius of 1375 and a center point that is the same as the original circle from step 1.
Step 22. Draw a vertical line through the center of this circle and trim it to the original shape until you get the following item.
Step 23. Draw a line from the new arc’s endpoint to the arc’s point on the left side of the screen until you get something like this.
Step 24: Using the fillet tool, link the arc formed in step 11 with the arc created in steps 21-22, but use a radius of 625 for the fillet radius.
Step 25. Repeat steps 11–25 with a radius of 625 for the top of the arc generated in step 11.
The final step is to use the fillet command to build an arc between the circle generated in step 20 and the outer arc created in step 17 with a radius of 1750 fillet radius.
Step 27: Join the unconnected lines of the arcs you made in step 17 together.
Remove the additional lines that were created for the measurements alone, and you’ll get the final shape.
